Hans-Jürgen Sperling

Hans-Jürgen Sperling (* 1943 ) is a German lawyer, professor emeritus at the University of Kehl and Rector there from 1999 to 2007, as well as an SPD local politician.

Life

In 1976, Sperling was appointed professor for general administrative law, constitutional law, local law, tax law, police law and commercial law at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences. From 1993 to 1999, Sperling was prorector, from 1999 to 2007 rector of the Kehl University of Applied Sciences. In addition to his teaching activities, Sperling was, among other things, active in the Kehl municipal council from 1994 to 2004, as well as in the Kehl municipal advisory service.
