Hans-Joachim Schütz

Hans-Joachim Schütz (born May 10, 1948 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian legal scholar .

Life

From 1966 to 1970 studied law, political science and political science at the University of Salzburg and from 1972 to 1973 at the Institute for International Law and European Law, University of Copenhagen, 1973 at the Institute for European Law at the University of Leiden and at the Center for Studies and Research in International Law and International Relations of the Hague Academy of International Law, Friedenspalast The Hague. From 1993 to 2013 he taught as a professor (C4) for public law, European law, international law and international relations in Rostock .
