Hans-Peter Wiegert (* 25. March 1962 in Freiburg ) is a former WKA Karate - world champion and he was from 2009 to 2011 German Karate -Bundestrainer WKA in traditional karate.

Life

Hans Peter Wiegert, married with 2 children, works as an independent driving school teacher, mediator, conflict advisor, communication trainer and coach. He has been an active karateka since the late 1970s . Since 1995 he has been running his own karate school, the Achern karate team, and has earned the 7th DAN Shotokan Karate. After 15 years of competitive sport and after several national and international successes, he brought his competitive career the greatest success with the karate world championship title of the WKA in Orlando in 2008. In January 2009 he was appointed national coach by the president of the WKA, Klaus Nonnemacher , and trained the national karate team of the WKA until spring 2011. In autumn 2010 he was able to secure his 2nd world championship title in Edinburgh / Scotland . He is a co-founder of the Karate College . In 2015, Hans-Peter developed a digital learning platform in the form of an app to help learner drivers get their driver's license more safely, easily and quickly.
