Klaus Nonnemacher (born January 28, 1968 in Karlsruhe ) is a German entrepreneur and former professional kickboxing world champion . Nonnemacher is President of the WKU (World Kickboxing Union). From 2009 to 2012 he was President of the World Kickboxing Association (WKA).

Short biography

Klaus Nonnemacher completed his studies in sports science and education in Karlsruhe with a master's degree . He trains Shōtōkan - karate and kickboxing , is the author of various martial arts books and multiple world champion in six different disciplines. He celebrated his great successes as a fighter between 1988 and 2004. He was a total of 15 times German champion in pointfighting / light contact. Between 2009 and 2012, he was Howard Henson's successor as President of the World Kickboxing and Karate Association , the most famous world association of sport at the time. He is also the managing director of WKA Worldwide K. Actionsports GmbH . In 2012 he founded the WKU with other martial artists. He was also very successful as a trainer. He also trained Roland Conar , the multiple kickboxing world champion.
