Hans-Urs Wili
Hans-Urs Wili (* 1949 ) is a Swiss lawyer .
Wili received his doctorate in 1988 from the University of Bern on collective participation rights of member states in Switzerland and abroad . Until 2016 he headed the People's Rights Department at the Swiss Federal Chancellery . Abroad, he works as an election and voting expert as well as an expert on hearings on constitutional reforms. In his writings he deals in particular with federal constitutional law .
