Hans Florence
Hans Florenz (* 1953 in Bensberg ) is a German composer and lyricist for New Spiritual Songs .
biography
Hans Florenz lives in Cologne and is a full-time teacher of French, economics and mathematics.
After training on the classical guitar , he has acquired his musical knowledge autodidactically since 1970 as a band leader and choir director . In the 1970s and 1980s, Florenz worked in the Sacré-Cœur in Paris in the field of youth work and the musical design of church services. He still has good contacts in France today, especially with Michel Wackenheim , whose song When we share life he wrote the German translation.
Since 2013 Hans Florenz has been a member of the ecumenical association inTAKT eV for the promotion of the new spiritual song, art, culture and education. Hans Florenz writes and composes new songs for the association.
