Hans Gamersfelder

Hans Gamersfelder was a German spiritual poet who lived in the 16th century. He can be proven as a citizen of Burghausen . His work is a poetry of the psalms in songs, which consist of seven-line stanzas. The work was first published by Johann von Berg zu Nürnberg in 1542. This German work is partly based on older versions of the Bible. It was dedicated to the citizen Kaspar Ganssen. Andreas Osiander wrote a preface in which he recommended the book.
