Hans Griesbeck

Hans Griesbeck (born April 7, 1898 in Ingolstadt ; † May 24, 1966 in Minheim ) was a German politician ( KPD ).

Life

The farmer Griesbeck was a member of the USPD and SPD before 1933 . After the Second World War he joined the KPD and became its district chairman in Bitburg . From 1946 he was a member of the district assembly in Bitburg, 1947 a member of the KPD district secretariat in Trier and head of the agriculture department there. From July 8, 1948, when he replaced Hans Eiden , until 1951, Griesbeck was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament , where he was also chairman of the petitions committee from 1948 to 1949. In 1951 he was again a candidate for the state parliament of the KPD, but the KPD no longer entered the state parliament. From 1953 Griesbeck was active for the Federation of Germans .
