Hans Hofmann (also: Johannes Hofmann ; * unknown; † October 21, 1574 in Heilbronn ) was Mayor of Heilbronn from 1561 to 1574 .

Hofmann was a member of the external council in 1531 and a judge in 1539. In 1556 he was also the tax master and from 1561 to 1574 mayor of Heilbronn .

Götz von Berlichingen called Hans Hoffmann, in addition to the Syndicus Stefan Feyerabend, his "particularly dear gentleman, good patron and friend". He dedicated his autobiography (1562), which was printed in 1731, to Mayor Hans Hoffmann.
