Hans Jørgen Kvåle

Hans Jørgen Kvåle (born December 12, 1989 ) is a Norwegian ski orienteer and mountain bike orienteer .

Kvåle won the bronze medal in the relay race with Eivind Tonna and Lars Hol Moholdt at the World Ski Orienteering Championships 2011 in Sweden . In 2012 he became vice European champion with the relay and won the bronze medal in the middle and long distance. At the 2013 European Championships in Madona , Latvia , he won the middle distance run ahead of Staffan Tunis from Finland . Over the long distance he won silver behind the Swede Peter Arnesson and the bronze medal in the sprint. With Audhild Rognstad , he also won the bronze medal in mixed doubles with Sprint and Ove Sætra and Lars Hol Moholdt still gold in the final season of competition.

In 2010, he first took part in world championships in mountain bike orienteering. In 2013, he finished fifth and sixth in the sprint and middle distance. Since Hans Jørgen Kvåle also lives in Sweden and there are no national orienteering championships in Norway, he competed several times in Swedish championships and won several titles.
