Hans Langreiter

Hans Langreiter (born April 9, 1961 in Saalfelden ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and a former member of the Austrian National Council .

Langreiter attended elementary school from 1967 to 1971 and then went to the private high school Borromäum in Salzburg. After graduating from high school in 1979, Langreiter did his military service and began studying law at the University of Salzburg in 1980 . In 1990 he completed his studies with the academic degree Mag. Iur. from.

Langreiter worked between 1990 and 2002 as a state employee at the Zell am See district administration.

politics

Langreiter since 1992 local branch chairman of ÖAAB and since 1997 a member of the ÖAAB District Bureau. Langreiter was elected mayor of the municipality of Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer in 1994. In 1997 Langreiter became district party chairman of the ÖVP Zell am See and a member of the ÖVP state board. Between November 6, 2001 and October 29, 2006 he represented the ÖVP in the National Council.
