Hans Rosenhauer

Hans Rosenhauer (* 1928 ) is a German radio play director .

Life

Rosenhauer came straight from school to the NWDR in order to bridge the years up to the - later not realized - law degree. The War returnees were then preferred enrolled . He spent a year sharing experiences with the BBC . His teacher and role model was Fritz Schröder-Jahn . In 1953, at age 25, Rosenhauer took the first major radio play-enactment: The Human Comedy by William Saroyan in 8 episodes. In 1972 he succeeded Fritz Schröder-Jahn at NDR . In 1983 Hans Rosenhauer received the radio play prize of the war blind for The Bride Show by the poet Robert Walser in the courtyard of the laundry in Bellelay, Canton Bern from Gert Hofmann (Prod .: NDR / hr, 1982).

On February 17, 1993, radio colleague Mechthild Zschau wrote in the Süddeutsche Zeitung : “Hans Rosenhauer is one of the small, select group of full-time radio play directors in the Federal Republic. Now he has to retire and he can hardly hide the pain about it. "
