Hans Schicker (* March 7, 1924 - December 4, 2001 ) was a violin maker from Freiburg .

In the succession of the violin making workshop of his father Hans Schicker sen. he worked in Freiburg from 1954 to 2001, where he trained several violin makers.

The main focus of his activity was the repair and sale of instruments and accessories, the repair of large masterpieces and the construction of new violins , violas and cellos . He also worked as an appraiser for old master violins. His instruments are considered to have an excellent sound.
