Hans "Hasse" Selander (born March 15, 1945 in Helsingborg ) is a former Swedish football player .

career

Selander began his career at Helsingborgs IF , for which he competed in Allsvenskan from 1962 . After his club had to relegate to Division 1 as the penultimate in 1969 , he moved to league rivals Uppsala IF . Here he was under contract until 1972. In 1973 he started playing at IK Sirius in January , but moved to Germany in the summer for Wormatia Worms in the Regionalliga Südwest . After 18 missions in which he scored four goals, he moved back to Sweden to IK Sirius in 1974. In 1975 he joined Halmstads BK . With the club he was twice Swedish champion and ended his active career there in 1981.

Selander was on the field 42 times for Sweden and scored three goals. With the country selection, he took part in the 1970 World Cup, but just dropped out in the preliminary round.
