Hans Sobotka

Hans Sobotka (born December 20, 1948 in Gelsenkirchen ; † August 22, 2016 in Celle ) was a German chef .

Career

After completing his training, Sobotka went to Hotel Schloss Hugenpoet in Essen in 1966 , and to Berge Castle in Gelsenkirchen in 1970 . In 1981 he moved to the Clavel restaurant in Bordeaux , in 1982 to the Hotel Kempinski in Berlin and in 1983 to the Palace in Montreux . After working in Düsseldorf and Munich, he returned to the Hotel Hugenpoet in Essen in 1986. From 1987 to 2013 he was in Celle chef at Endtenfang in Fürstenhof arriving at the Althoff Hotels belongs.

At the end of 2013, Sobotka retired.
