Hans Spiertz (* around 1924; † June 14, 1968 ) was a German architect who lived and worked in Cologne .

One of his most important buildings is the new Westphalian State Museum in Münster. In 1959, he was able to prevail with his design in an architectural competition . However, the implementation was delayed for financial reasons. The permanent exhibition in the new building was only opened in 1974. He died on June 14, 1968 at the age of 44 from an intensive professional activity as an architect. After his death, the architects Kösters + Balke in Münster took over the continuation of the museum.
