The Hanseatic Trade Center (HTC) in Hamburg is an office complex built from 1994 to 2002 in the Speicherstadt with over 93,000 square meters of office space. It consists of a series of buildings along the Kehrwiederfleet including a tower 105 m high.

The construction costs amounted to around 400 million euros. In 2005, the HTC was bought by the investor consortium TishmanSpeyer Properties, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners and Hamburg-based Quantum Immobilien AG for around 200 million euros.
