Hansgerd Göckenjan

Hansgerd Göckenjan (born August 31, 1938 in Gießen ; † November 26, 2005 ) was an Eastern European historian and Central Asian scholar at the Eastern Europe Center of the Justus Liebig University in Gießen. In 2008 a commemorative volume with a collection of his writings was published.
