Hansjürgen Riedel

Hansjürgen Riedel (born December 11, 1907 in Mrotschen , Wirsitz district ; † November 5, 1992 ) was a German CDU politician .

education and profession

Hansjürgen Riedel attended grammar school, where he passed the school leaving examination. From 1926 to 1930 he studied law and political science. In 1930 he became a court trainee and in 1934 a court assessor. He worked in the higher judicial service. In 1935, Riedel was appointed to the Reich Finance Administration, Tax Department. From 1938 he served as a government councilor in East Prussia; later he did his military service. From 1947 he worked as an employee in an industrial trade and employers' association and from 1957 he was managing director.

Hansjürgen Riedel was a member of the CDU from 1960.

From July 23, 1962 to July 25, 1970, Riedel was a member of the 5th and 6th state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia , into which he entered via the state list.
