Harald Astrup Arnesen (born April 24, 1995 ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Arnesen, who starts for the IL Heming , took part in junior races until 2016. He ran his first races in the Scandinavian Cup in January 2016 in Östersund , which he finished in 131st place in the 15 km freestyle, 129th place in the 15 km mass start race and 44th place in the sprint. At the beginning of January 2020 he reached his first podium in the Scandinavian Cup with third place in the sprint at the Nes Skianlegg . Eight days later he made his debut in the World Cup in Dresden and got his first World Cup points with eighth place in the sprint. He also made it into the points with 11th place in the sprint during his second World Cup appearance in Drammen in March 2020 .
