Harholmen is an island in the Horgefjord in the municipality of Strand in the Norwegian province of Rogaland .
It is located northwest of Tau and is separated from the eastern mainland by the approximately 650 meter wide Harholmsundet . The small, only sparsely overgrown archipelago extends over about 180 meters in a north-south direction and is up to 120 meters wide. It reaches a height of up to 17 meters.
