Harkenberg

The Harkenberg is 110 m above sea level. NN one of the highest elevations in the northeast of Saxony-Anhalt . It is located in the Kamernschen or Rehberger Mountains in the district of Kamern in the Stendal district .

According to an old north German folk tradition, the legendary, somewhat eerie figure of Mrs. Harke lived on the Harkenberg. On the “summit”, the small Viereichen clearing forms a prominent point.
