Harold Humbrock
Harold Humbrock (born January 4, 1905 , † February 9, 1993 ) was a sound engineer who was responsible for a film as a VFX artist .
Career
Harold Humbrock worked in the film business from 1954 to 1958. In the beginning he was responsible for the sound, later working as a sound editor. He worked in the films The Valley of the Kings , The Scarlet Rock , City in Fear , Vincent van Gogh - A Life of Passion , The Last Hunt and Torpedo Los! With. He was jointly responsible for the visual effects of a feature film and received for his artistic performance in the war film Torpedo los! an Oscar nomination in the " Best Visual Effects " category at the 1959 Academy Awards . Tom Howard received the award for his contribution The Little Thumble .
