The Harrigan Hill is a rocky hill on the Budd Coast of the East Antarctic Wilke country . In the northwestern part of the Mitchell Peninsula, it rises immediately east of Pidgeon Island .
Aerial photographs of the US American Operation Highjump (1946–1947) were used for initial mapping. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1963 after Edward C. Harrigan, a meteorologist at Wilkes Station in 1961.
