The Hart Mountain is a 2,444 m high mountain in Lake County ( Oregon , USA). It is located about 50 kilometers east of Lakeview . The highest peak is called Warner Peak . Another peak is the 2354 meter high Hart Peak . Geologically, the massif is a rock clod mountain range .
Hart Mountain is part of a nature reserve , the Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge for animals such as the pronghorn or the bighorn sheep . The lakes west of the mountain are home to many water bird species and are managed by the Bureau of Land Management .
