Hard tissue
As hard tissue is referred to a standard for about 70 years Fiber-reinforced plastic , textile in which several layers of linen or - cotton fabric with the thermoset phenolic resin are bonded. In its earliest form, it is known under the trade name Bakelite .

Phenolic resin - fiber composites are also used as heat shield used because they form a protective layer of coke in extreme thermal stress.
