Hartman Toromba (born November 2, 1984 ) is a Namibian soccer player .
Toromba is a Namibian national soccer player and played until June 2010 for the club Vasco da Gama Cape Town in the 2nd division of South Africa . Since August 2010 he has been under contract with Black Africa in his home country again .

In 2007 Hartmann Toromba was named International Footballer of the Year in Namibia . In 2008 he took part in the African Football Championship with the Namibian national soccer team.
