Haruko Sagara ( Japanese 相 楽 晴子 , Sagara Haruko ; born March 1, 1968 in Koriyama , Fukushima Prefecture ) is a Japanese singer and actress .

Short biography

Haruko Sagara was born on March 1, 1968 in Koriyama. On May 2, 1986 her first single "Virgin Heart" was released. The song became a huge hit.

Haruko's breakthrough as an actress was the role of Kyōko "Bidama no Okyō" Nakamura in the second season of the television series Sukeban Deka at the side of Yōko Minamino .

She then took part in numerous television programs and movies. She now lives in Los Angeles, California.
