The Hasenverlag (own spelling HASENVERLAG) is an independent German publisher based in Halle (Saale) .

program

The focus of the publishing program is on Central German regionalia, especially on topics related to Halle. Some of the publisher's publications have also generated national interest.

The published series are “Mitteldeutsche Kulturhistorische Hefte” (central German cultural history books), “Wealth of the Province” about small towns in Saxony-Anhalt and “Painters and Works” about Halle artists such as Moritz Götze. So appeared z. B. several books about the poet and action artist Matthias Baader Holst , the industrialist family Riebeck , the Saale and about black living in demolished houses during the GDR era.

The authors include Peter Wawerzinek , Simone Trieder , Udo Grashoff and Moritz Götze .
