The villa at Hauptstrasse 101 is in the Glehn district in Korschenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The building was built in the second half of the 19th century and entered into the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under No. 001 on August 20, 1985 .

The villa is two-storey in nine axes , the two right axes drawn forward and raised with cornice and gabled, ashlar plaster facade , the Art Nouveau glazing has been partially preserved.
