The Bätjer house is located in Bremen , Horn-Lehe district, Lehe district, Leher Heerstraße 16. It was built until 1904 according to plans by Hugo Wagner . The building has been a listed building in Bremen since 1996 .

history

The single-storey, plastered country house with a crooked hip and the two-storey middle section with a terrace on the upper floor was built in 1904 at the turn of the century in reform style for the merchant Albert Bätjer (1848–1909).

Today (2018) the house is used as a residential building.
