House Heerweg 16 (LVR Clinic Düren)

Heerweg 16

The house at Heerweg 16 is on the edge of the LVR clinic in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia . There are various listed buildings on the grounds of the clinic, which were built between 1874 and 1878 as part of the former Provincial Sanatorium. These are servant houses . They were built around 1925.

These are differently designed two-story brick buildings with hipped roofs . One house has a half-hip roof. The roof overhangs are designed as plaster cornices . The rectangular window openings are provided with modern all-glass panes. The entrance doors are original.

The building is registered under No. 1 / 001u in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
