House Runge

The house Runge is located in Bremen , district Schwachhausen , district Gete, Kirchbachstraße 213A. The building was built until 1928 according to plans by Alfred Runge in the Runge & Scotland office . It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1992 .

history

The wood-paneled house with the steep with shingle laid gable roof with a large overhang was built in 1928 in the interwar period in the conservative style of his, the architect Runge.

Runge belonged to the conservative homeland security movement and designed residential and commercial buildings. The best-known buildings of the office are in the Bremer Böttcherstraße House Atlantis , House of the Seven Lazy , House of the Glockenspiel and House St. Petrus .

Today the house is very hidden in the midst of newer multi-storey post-war buildings.
