Hausen ( ) is a suburb of the small town of Murrhardt in the Rems-Murr district in Baden-Württemberg .
The suburb is between the state road 1066 and the railway line Waiblingen – Schwäbisch Hall-Hessental directly on the Murr . The river, which rises in the nearby district of Vorderwestermurr , has not yet been straightened in this section and therefore still runs very naturally in the upper Murrtal. Hausen is about 2.5 km east of the center of Murrhardt.
In Hausen there is a bus connection to Murrhardt Weststadt, in the opposite direction to Fornsbach (line 264/390), another stop is at the Eisenschmiedemühle. In the summer months, a bus with a bicycle transport option runs between Murrhardt Bahnhof and Welzheim Bahnhof, the so-called Limesbus, with a stop in Hausen.
There is a fire fighting group of the volunteer fire brigade in the suburb .
