The Haussee is a lake near Rothenklempenow in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
The 34 hectare body of water is located in the municipality of Rothenklempenow, one kilometer from the center. A widely ramified rift system forms the outflow of the lake directly into the Randow . The maximum extent of the Great Lake is about 1015 by 385 meters. The lake is also designated for fishing and is home to fish species such as pike , whitefish , eels , perches and carp .
