The Hasbani , occasionally Hazbani or Chatzbani ( Arabic الحاصباني, DMG al-Ḥāṣibānī ), is next to the Dan and the Banyas one of the three source rivers of the Jordan . The river is called in Hebrew נֵַחַל שְׂנִיר Nachal Senir .

The Hasbani rises from the Hermon Mountains in southern Lebanon . From there it flows south and unites in northern Israel in the northern Hule plain with Banyas and Dan to the Jordan.

The Hasbani delivers around 150 million cubic meters of water a year; this makes it the second largest source river of the Jordan after the Dan. At 600 square kilometers, however, its catchment area is roughly three times the size of that of Banyas and Dan combined.
