Hb 4 ( PN G003.1 + 02.9 , PK 3 + 2 1 ) is a planetary nebula that was discovered by Edwin Hubble in 1921. Its distance is assumed to be 2.6 kpc. In the center is a Wolf-Rayet star of the type WC 3-4. The elliptical nebula expands at a little more than 20 km / s, while the weakly ionized and glowing, corkscrew-like jets have speeds of 150 km / s.
