Heber Viera

Heber Williams Viera da Silva (born April 29, 1979 in Salto ) is a Uruguayan athlete .

The 1.76 meter tall sprinter won the silver medal over the 200 meter course at the 1998 South American Games . At least in 2001 he was also the Uruguayan champion in the 100-meter course and with the 4-by-100 and 4-by-400-meter relay. At the Ibero-American Championships in 2002, he won over the distance of 100 meters. He set his personal best over this route on June 25, 1999 in Bogotá when he achieved a time of 10.15 seconds. The other personal bests Vieras are 20.46 seconds over 200 meters, set up on May 12, 2002 in Guatemala City , and 46.9 seconds on the 400-meter course, which stopped for him on May 8, 1999 in Montevideo were. He is currently (as of June 15, 2015) the holder of the Uruguayan records over 100 meters and 200 meters and co- holder of the national records in the 4-by-100 and 4-by-400-meter relay.
