Hedayat Mostafa Quli
Hedayat Mostafa Quli ( Persian مصطفی قلی هدایت فهیم الدوله; * 1878 in Tehran ; † 1939 ) was a Persian diplomat.

Mustqafá Qulí Khán was one of five sons of Husain Qulí Khan Mukhbir-ud-Daulah, who had inherited the post of telegraph minister from his father on July 16, 1897, lost it through the Constitutional Revolution in April 1906, on June 7, 1908 Administrator of the Telegraph Ministry was appointed and in May 1909 was reappointed Telegraph Minister, for which he supported Mohammed Ali Shah with a contribution of 10,000 British pounds in his coup-like dissolution of Parliament on June 23, 1908.
Career
Hedayat Mostafa Quli was a long-time employee of the Persian Foreign Ministry. From 1915 to 1916 he was chief of protocol at the Persian Foreign Ministry. In 1916 he was undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice. From July to November 1920 he was State Secretary in the Foreign Ministry. From 1924 to 1927 he was the Persian envoy in Bern .
In October 1934 he was the official host (genabdar) of the Crown Prince of Sweden during his visit to Persia.
