The Heidehof is a part of the locality Langebrück belonging to Dresden .

history

The district of Heidehof was built in the early 1930s west of the old village center on a site between the Bahndamm and Dresdner Straße. The residential area was expanded in 1993, when the nearby Infineon plant in Dresden hired new employees. The construction of a row house settlement began on the remaining open space . In this context, some new streets were built, some of which were named after well-known Langebruecker personalities.
