Holy Spirit (Bösingfeld)
Heilig Geist is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Extertal district of Bösingfeld in the district of Lippe , North Rhine-Westphalia . Church and congregation belong to the Lemgo-Nordlippe pastoral network of the Bielefeld-Lippe deanery in the Archdiocese of Paderborn .
The church was built in 1951/52 according to plans by Aloys Dietrich and with the support of the Bonifatiusverein.
architecture
The church is a three-aisled stepped hall with a gable roof and plastered walls. The windows are rectangular. The tower is also rectangular and has a transverse roof and an arched portal.
The wooden ceiling inside rests on transverse beams. The choir is slightly raised.
Furnishing
A representation of the mercy seat has been on the front wall of the church since 1987 .
