It is located on the southern outskirts of Ballenstedt at the eastern end of Heinestrasse, on its north side. The Selketalstieg runs in front of the house .
Architecture and history
The massive two-story villa was built around 1850 in the classicism style . The windows on the first floor are structured arcades. The facade is a crowned by a triangular gable means projections embossed, with a triglyph - Metopen is decorated -Fries. The entrance is on the east side of the building in a small porch. There is an original door here.
In a later time an overmolding renovation took place.
In the local register of monuments , the villa is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 50147 .
