Heinrich Ernst Moritz Backs
Heinrich Ernst Moritz Backs (born December 16, 1853 in Keuschberg , † after 1922) was a German judge .
In 1875 the Prussian Backs was sworn in. In 1881 he became a magistrate. In 1894 he was appointed district judge and became district judge that same year. In 1898, the District Court Judge Backs in Hildesheim was promoted to the High Court Judge in Celle. In 1907 he was appointed to the Imperial Court. Until his retirement in 1923 he was employed in the Second Criminal Senate.
