Heinrich Hase (Abbot)

Heinrich Hase (born January 1672 in Münster , † May 19, 1751 in Liesborn ) was abbot of the Liesborn monastery .

Life

Hase entered Liesborn Abbey in 1690, made his profession in 1691 and became a priest on November 22, 1696. From 1704 to 1711 he was novice master , from 1711 to 1717 corn scribe and from 1717 to 1734 confessor in the Benedictine convent of St. Aegidii in Münster . In 1734 he was called back to Liesborn as prior and elected abbot there in 1739. The construction of the north wing goes back to him.
