Heinrich II. (* 13th century; † February 27, 1297 ) was Bishop of Seckau .

Heinrich came from a family of knights from Upper Styria and was probably related to the Archbishop of Salzburg, Konrad von Fohnsdorf . From 1286 to 1292 he was provost of the cathedral in Salzburg and, after the death of Archbishop Rudolf von Hoheneck , headed the archbishopric until the election of a successor. Probably for this reason he was appointed bishop of Seckau in 1293 by the Archbishop of Salzburg, Konrad von Fohnsdorf .

Although Heinrich's government fell at a time of political unrest, he was able to save his diocese from disputes. Heinrich died in 1297, his grave is unknown.
