Henry IV (*?; † August 26, 1346 near Crécy-en-Ponthieu ) was a count of Vaudémont as his father's co-regent .

Heinrich was the only son of Count Heinrich III. and Isabella of Lorraine, a daughter of Duke Friedrich III. of Lorraine . On August 26, 1346 he fought on the French side in the battle of Crécy against the English and was killed in the process.

Since Heinrich was not married, the Count's House of Vaudémont died out with him in the male line. After the death of the father in 1348, the sister son, Heinrich von Joinville , followed.
