Heinrich Kalbers

Heinrich Kalbers (born March 27, 1901 in Dahl , Paderborn district , † February 4, 1969 ) was a German CDU politician .

Life

Heinrich Kalbers first attended elementary school and trained as a bricklayer. After training at the State College for Business and Administration, he was a union employee from 1924 to 1933. From 1934 he worked in the construction industry; In 1945 Kalbers became a bricklayer foreman. From 1918 he was a member of the Central Association of Christian Construction Workers.

Heinrich Kalbers was a member of the German Center Party from 1925 to 1933 and from 1925 a member of the Catholic Labor Movement (KAB). From 1928 to 1933 he was a city councilor for the Center Party in Neheim-Hüsten. After the Second World War, he served here from 1946 to 1947 as a city councilor for the CDU. From 1946 he worked as a member of the district council of the Arnsberg district. Kalbers was a member of the IG Bau, Steine, Erden and chairman of the KAB district of Hamm-Soest-Arnsberg.

Heinrich Kalbers was a directly elected member of the 3rd , 4th and 5th state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 117 Arnsberg from July 13, 1954 to July 23, 1966 .
