Heinrich Stein (politician)
Heinrich Stein (born January 17, 1896 in Bremen , † February 15, 1978 ) was a German politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Bremen citizenship .
biography
Stein worked as an office worker in Bremen. He was a member of the SPD and since 1952 chairman of the SPD local association in Hemelingen . At that time, the local club had 1,862 members and was the largest local club in the SPD district club in Bremen.
From October 1955 to November 1967 he was a member of the Bremen citizenship and served in various deputations for 12 years . Helmut Fröhlich followed him in 1967 as a member of the SPD , and from 1971 Bremen Senator for the Interior .
