Heinrich Vester (born August 25, 1806 in Cottbus ; † 1891 , buried in Küstrin ) was a German painter.
Life
He was born the son of the cloth maker Georg Vester. From 1823 to 1827 he attended the Royal Art Academy in Dresden . In Cottbus he painted cityscapes, portraits of cloth makers, landscapes and shooting targets for the Cottbus shooting guild.
In 1851 Vester moved to Guben with his family .
He spent the last years of his life from 1884 to 1891 in Küstrin with the family of his daughter Luise.
