Heinrich Weeke

Heinrich Weeke (born May 10, 1905 in Osterfeld , † October 22, 1985 in Mühldorf am Inn ) was a German politician (FSU).

Weeke attended elementary school in Hamborn and middle school in Duisburg. After secondary school, an apprenticeship as a technical draftsman and sign painter followed in Duisburg. He did a self-study of economics and after his master craftsman's examination in 1930 worked as an independent manufacturer of company signs and illuminated advertising in Braunschweig. Since 1923 he was active in the free economy movement.

Weeke became councilor of the city of Braunschweig and was a member of the state executive committee of the Free Social Union (FSU). From 1951 to 1955 he was a member of the second electoral term of the Lower Saxony state parliament. Until November 4, 1952 he belonged to the DP / CDU parliamentary group. Then he was in the parliamentary group of the FSU.
